The new Grand Banks 52 Europa model yacht, The Admiral, is owned and managed by the Marina at Keppel Bay, and will be available to residents at a 'privileged rate', Keppel said in a statement. The service, said Keppel Land residential chief executive officer Augustine Tan, will help Keppel Bay deliver 'on its promise to be a vibrant waterfront precinct where home owners can enjoy the best in urban and waterfront lifestyles'.
