The wind was raging as riders from many different nationalities such as Brazil, United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, New Zealand, Australia, Italy, Holland, Germany, France and local New Caledonian Tom Hebert made way to the registration tent to sign up for the second of the last PKRA world cup event of the season.

Pointe Magnin, Noumea, is home to the world's largest enclosed lagooon and a natural kiteboarding paradise because of it's super flat, crystal clear water.

This year's PKRA World Title for the Freestyle discipline is still up for grabs and the most profilic riders are more than eager to win it.

The weather forecast outlook is looking to be amazing with steady, moderate winds expected throughout the week of action packed freestyle action.

Tomorrow's mandatory skippers meeting is scheduled for 10:00am.
